  • 120 grams of Zucchini
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 grams of Butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

Step NO 1

We start, as always, by preparing all the ingredients to prepare our vegetable omelette.

We cut the zucchini into slices about 2 millimeters thick and also finely chop half a garlic. It is not necessary to peel the zucchini, we will use it whole, so remember to wash it very well.

Next, melt the butter in a pan and brown the garlic. After a few minutes, place the zucchini slices and let them brown from side to side.
