This time I share with Guruwalik a classic, a delicious zucchini and leek omelette . Homemade tortillas are a good express dinner because they are fast, simple and we can make them with many and very varied ingredients.
This time I have prepared a leek and zucchini omelette that is a bit more entertaining to make but result is great and it is very good. Thus, a way to eat vegetables is good. You have to try it that you will like it.

Ingredients to make zucchini and leek omelette:
- 2 zucchini
- 1 leek
- 4 eggs
- 1 jet of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make zucchini and leek omelette:
Step NO 1
We wash and chop very small leek .
Step NO 2
We put a little oil in a frying pan and add leek that is poached.
Step NO 3
While we are cutting zucchini into very thin slices .
Step NO 4
Add zucchini to pan with leek.
Step NO 5
We let it cook until everything is well poached .

Step NO 6
On the other hand we beat eggs with a little salt. When zucchini with leeks are sautéed and well fried, we mix them in bowl with eggs .

We put a bit of oil in pan where we are going to prepare zucchini and leek omelette . When it is hot we dump all mixture and let it cook .

When we see tortilla is curdling without potato around edges, we turn it over. And it only remains to let it cook until it is ready.
