To prepare this easy Villaroy chicken recipe, first you have to make the béchamel: to do this, we melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, stir, add the chicken broth and the milk and let it thicken, season and sprinkle with nutmeg. Remove from the heat, add the yolk and mix.
We cut the breasts into thin fillets and season them. In a frying pan with oil, lightly fry the breasts , pass them through the béchamel sauce and let them cool.We coat the Villaroy breasts in flour, and pass them through the well-beaten egg white and breadcrumbs.In a frying pan with plenty of oil, fry the breasts in Villaroy style until golden brown.
Spray the homemade chicken
