  • 4 juniper berries
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • For cake:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of maasdam cheese
  • 200 grams of soft cheese
  • 75 grams of blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 6 sheets of phyllo dough

Step NO 1

First we are going to prepare chutney . To do this, we are going to wash and cut plums in half; It will not be necessary to remove skin, as it will give our chutney a very beautiful color.
