- 6 pieces of Egg
- 1 piece of Onion

How to make Verdolagas with egg:
Step NO 1
To prepare the purslane with egg , wash and disinfect the purslane leaves very well, separate the leaves from the thicker branches and reserve. Meanwhile put half a liter of water to heat in a saucepan.
Step NO 2
Once the water is boiling, cook the purslane leaves for 3 to 4 minutes . After that time, take them out of the water, squeeze them a little and reserve.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a hot pan with two tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the cooked purslane and mix with the onion. Cook without stopping for two more minutes.

Finally add the eggs to the pan , mix well with the purslane and season with salt and pepper to taste.
