Vegetable scramble that I share in Guruwalik is a light recipe that we can prepare with fresh seasonal vegetables or frozen vegetables. Ingredients to make Scrambled vegetables:
- 300 grams of fresh or frozen assorted vegetables
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Scrambled vegetables:
Step NO 1
We prepare ingredients. We cut the vegetables into pieces. I put onion, red pepper, zucchini, aubergine and some mushrooms, but you can put everything you like in light vegetable scramble.
Step NO 2
We put a frying pan with oil, we add vegetables and a little salt and we sauté them. We leave them until they are cooked and if you like them, a little golden.
Step NO 3
We beat two eggs on a plate .

Step NO 4
We take half of vegetables and mix them with two eggs in the pan. We are stirring so that egg curdles . We remove scrambled vegetables and mushrooms when we see that egg is already set. And we repeat same step with other half of the vegetables and two eggs.
Tip: 2 eggs are laid per person.
Step NO 5
