Ingredients to make Vegetable Egg Cake:
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery
- 1/4 k of sliced ham
- 1/4 k white or yellow cheese, sliced
- Grated year cheese
- Salt to taste
- 10 eggs
How to make Vegetable Egg Cake:
Step NO 1
Peel the potatoes, carrots and celery and run them through hot water then cut into wheels.
Step NO 2
Apart beat the eggs well.
Step NO 3
Put a greased tray and put a little egg and then a layer of potatoes add salt, pepper and a layer of ham, add butter.

Place a layer of carrot add salt, butter and a layer of cheese and a little egg.

Put a layer of celery, add butter, salt and ham and another little egg.
Step NO 6
Finally put a layer of potatoes add butter, sliced cheese and year cheese and the rest of the beaten egg.
Step NO 7
Make sure that all the cake is covered by the beaten egg.
Step NO 8
Put in a preheated oven at 250º until golden brown or the egg is ready.
