2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
2 cups of soy milk
¼ cup of brown sugar (45 grams)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 small apples
How to make vegan waffles without banana:
Step NO 1
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients : flour, yeast, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Step No 2
Add oil and vegetable milk to bowl and mix well so that all ingredients are integrated.
Step No 3
Peel and cut apples into small pieces and add them to vegan waffle batter .
Step No 4
Grease waffle iron and heat it. Pour in portions of batter and cook apple waffles until golden brown. Repeat until dough is finished.
