How to make Vegan Stuffed Omelette:
Step NO 1
Prepare vegan smoked salmon following recipe in my Guruwalik Recipes profile.

Prepare vegan “fresh” soft cheese following the recipe in my Guruwalik Recipes profile.
Step NO 3
Wash chard and cut stems. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the chard leaves over low heat with pan covered until they become tender. Drain and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with kala namak salt, the pepper, the chard leaves and water. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover a large rectangular cookie sheet. Pour mixture into pan, even surface and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let vegan tortilla plate cool .
