Ingredients for making vegan pizza waffles:
- 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
- 2 cups oat milk
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ apple
- 2 slices of sausage or vegan ham
- 3 tablespoons of crushed tomato
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon Provencal herbs
How to Make Vegan Pizza Waffles:
Step NO 1
In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, salt, oregano and Provencal herbs.
Step NO 2
Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl : the vegetable milk, the oil and the crushed tomato and stir well. If you want, you can prepare your own oat milk following the recipe shared in FreeRecipes.
Step NO 3
Cut the apple and the vegan sausage into very small pieces and add them to the waffle batter.
Step NO 4
Heat the waffle maker and lightly grease it with a kitchen brush. Pour portions of batter into the waffle maker and cook the waffles until golden brown. This amount of batter makes 8-9 waffles.
