This vegan peanut or peanut cheese is a simple recipe with very few ingredients but it will be useful for many dishes, for example, lasagna, pizzas, pasta, salads, etc. This vegan Parmesan cheese will give a touch of crunch to your dishes, as well as a rich cheese flavor.
You can use other nuts, for example, almonds or cashews, as I have done in my recipe for vegetable lasagna with cashew parmesan (you can see recipe in my FreeRecipes profile). Garlic powder is an optional ingredient to add a little more flavor to our peanut cheese, but if you don’t like it, you can skip it.

- ½ cup peanuts or shelled peanuts
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make Vegan Peanut Making cheese Recipe
Step NO 1
Put peanuts, salt, garlic powder and nutritional yeast in blender jar.
Step NO 2
Blend all ingredients until it turns into a powder with a few bits.
