How To Make Vegan Mozzarella For Pizza:
Step NO 1
Put soaked cashews for an hour, drain and bring them into the bowl of the mixer.

Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Pour the vegan mozzarella mixture into a saucepan and heat the mixture, stirring continuously so that it does not stick. You will see lumps begin to form, but keep stirring until the mixture thickens completely and becomes a rubbery ball .
