In this recipe I am going to show you how to prepare a delicious vegan almond cheese substitute for mozzarella without any ingredient of animal origin. It is a very easy recipe and you will only need 5 ingredients to prepare it. You can use this vegan mozzarella cheese to prepare salads, sandwiches, sandwiches, etc.
This preparation also melts in the oven, therefore, you can use this vegan cheese to gratin or melt in pizzas, lasagna, gratins, etc. One of the ingredients is the starch or tapioca starch, which is the key ingredient that allows the cheese to melt. You can also use cassava or manioc starch.

In my blog Vegspiration you can discover many other options of vegan substitutes if they interest you.
