Ingredients to make vegan Belgian waffles:
- 1 cup of wheat flour (140 grams)
- ¾ cup of whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 5 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable Margarine
- 1¼ cups of vegetable milk
- ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Banana
- 50 grams of Chocolate
- ½ cup of Berries
How to make vegan Belgian waffles:
Step NO 1
Put waffle maker to heat and in meantime prepare waffle batter without butter. In a bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast, salt and cinnamon.
Step NO 2
Melt margarine and heat non-dairy milk a little. In another bowl, mix vegetable milk, melted margarine and oil with sticks.
Step NO 3
Pour liquid mixture into bowl with flour and mix until ingredients are well incorporated. If the vegan waffle batter is too thick, add one more tablespoon of non-dairy milk or water.
Step NO 4
Pour portions of batter into waffle iron and cook until eggless waffles are golden brown.

Step NO 5
Lie down, melt chocolate and cut banana into slices. When vegan Belgian waffles are ready, serve them with berries, banana slices and melted chocolate on top.
