Easy to Make Turkish Eggs Recipe

I have made these eggs many times since finding this recipe and they are always a big hit at parties and family get-togethers. I use them in pastas, dips, even in my Greek dishes. Ingredients to make Turkish Eggs recipe:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 head of garlic minced
  • 100 cc of olive oil
  • 3 medium grilled aubergines
  • 25 g of butter
  • 4 slices of toasted lactal bread
  • 20 lettuce leaves (it can be of different varieties) well washed and drained

How to make Turkish Eggs recipe:

Step NO 1

Turn on the oven and when it is hot put the aubergines and roast them on the rack, turning them every so often until they are toasted.

Take them out of the oven, wait for them to warm up and carefully cut them lengthwise and scrape off all the pulp and oil inside them, placing them on a plate.

Process the aubergine pulp together with the olive oil and three teaspoons of garlic, season to taste.

In a pan, place 25g of butter and two tablespoons of oil, sauté two teaspoons of garlic and immediately put the slices of dairy bread in the preparation, turn and turn (depending on the size of the pan they can be cooked two at a time) take out and reserve on absorbent paper.
