Easy to Make Turkish Eggs Recipe

This is a great way to add Turkish flavor to any dish, but especially egg dishes. I have made these eggs many times since finding this recipe and they are always a big hit at parties and family get-togethers. I use them in pastas, dips, even in my Greek dishes. There is so much good Turkish food available that it is hard to choose a favorite recipe.
Turkish eggs recipe are easy to prepare and taste delicious. This recipe is perfect for a brunch along with some freshly squeezed orange juice. You can serve these eggs as a snack or enjoy them as a breakfast. Turkish Eggs are ideal for brunch but are also great anytime of day.

Ingredients to make Turkish Eggs recipe:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 head of garlic minced
  • 100 cc of olive oil
  • 3 medium grilled aubergines
  • 25 g of butter
  • 4 slices of toasted lactal bread
  • 20 lettuce leaves (it can be of different varieties) well washed and drained
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Turkish Eggs recipe:

Step NO 1

Turn on the oven and when it is hot put the aubergines and roast them on the rack, turning them every so often until they are toasted.

Step NO 2

Take them out of the oven, wait for them to warm up and carefully cut them lengthwise and scrape off all the pulp and oil inside them, placing them on a plate.

Step NO 3

Process the aubergine pulp together with the olive oil and three teaspoons of garlic, season to taste.

Step NO 4

In a pan, place 25g of butter and two tablespoons of oil, sauté two teaspoons of garlic and immediately put the slices of dairy bread in the preparation, turn and turn (depending on the size of the pan they can be cooked two at a time) take out and reserve on absorbent paper.
