1 dozen eggs
1 spring onion
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of roasted red pepper (whole or shredded)
3 cans of tuna in olive oil
6 tablespoons creamy Philadelphia cheese or fresh smoothie
1 handful of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 pinch of minced garlic
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
How to make Stuffed Tuna Eggs without Mayonnaise:
Step No 1
Place a deep pot of water and bring it to a boil. When it boils, put eggs in and cook them for about 10 minutes until they are hard.
Step NO 2
Meanwhile, peel and chop chives and roasted peppers as well. Also, drain can of sweet corn and tuna and mix them all in a bowl.
Step NO 3
Add whipped cream or fresh cheese, fried tomato and grated cheddar cheese and mix well filling of eggs with tuna without mayonnaise .
Tip: You can buy fried tomato or make it yourself.
Step NO 4
Once hard-boiled eggs are ready , cut them in half lengthwise and remove yolks . Add them by mixing them with a fork to filling so that they crumble. Salt and pepper to taste and add a pinch of ground garlic.
