Step NO 1
The bread tortilla is a dish that my mother made us many times to take advantage of the bread, this tortilla was made by my grandmother María in Batet, a typical food of pages taking advantage of what is at hand. At home we do it more than once. You can make it with bread alone or add tuna, pieces of ham, bacon, it is good anyway.
Put the salted eggs in a bowl and beat them well, add the bread cut into thin slices, the minced garlic, the minced parsley and a splash of milk. Put a plate on top and a weight (it can be a canning jar).
Let it rest for at least half an hour so that the bread is soaked in the egg. Add the crumbled tuna, stir and let it rest for about 5 or 10 minutes. In a frying pan put a little oil to heat, add the mixture and make the omelette . When you see that it is curdled, turn it over (I do it with a plate),
Step NO 2
