Tomato and Onion Omelet Recipe

Ingredients to make Tomato and Onion Omeletts:

  • 1 large onion cut into a feather type.
  • 2 large tomatoes, ripe and peeled.
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 ccs of cream or natural cream
  • 60 ccs of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano

How to Make Tomato and Onion Omeletts:

Step NO 1

In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil (reserve a little of it), add the finely chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano, leaving over low heat for about 7 minutes.

Step NO 2

Apart, beat the eggs and add the natural cream, salt, pepper and dilute with a little water.

Step NO 3

Omelettes (egg omelettes) are prepared, emptying 4 tablespoons into a small frying pan, with little hot oil.
