- 100 g. Cantimpalo chorizo
- 100 g. Serrano ham
- ½ onion
- parsley
- ½ kg of potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- Salt
How to make the best Spanish Tortilla:
Step NO 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and fry them in a pan, covered, with oil.

Step NO 2
Drain them before they take color and reserve in a bowl.
Step NO 3
In the same pan, fry the onion with the minced garlic, then add the ham and chorizo.
Step NO 4
Sauté it all together for a few minutes, and mix it with the potatoes.
