How to make Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Tahini adds more creaminess to the mix and a mild sesame flavor, however it is not part of the original Indian tandoori chicken recipe.Clean the chicken breasts by removing the bone and fat. Make a few cuts in the meat so that the seasoning penetrates better and place them in a glass container or dish. Add the previous mixture and, using your hands, rub all the chicken well with the tandoori masala.

Cover the container with cling film and let it rest in the fridge or refrigerator for 2 hours.

After marinating the tandoori chicken breasts, turn the oven to 200ºC. While it is preheating, line a tray with aluminum foil or greaseproof / parchment paper and place the spiced meat. When hot, bake the tandoori chicken for 20 minutes.

After that time, the homemade tandoori chicken should be golden brown  and the sauce will have formed a kind of soft crust or crust, as shown in the image.
