Ingredients to make stuffed eggs (very easy):
- 12 eggs
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 3 cans of tuna in oil (small ones)
How to make Stuffed Eggs (very easy):
Step NO 1
Cook the eggs. When they are cold, peel them and open them in half, removing the yolk and put them all in a bowl, crush them with a fork or chop them with the blender.
Step NO 2
In a frying pan over medium heat, add the 1st can of tuna with its oil, add generously fried tomato and then stir the yolks to mix everything.
Step NO 3
Add the other two cans of tuna, first removing the oil, a pinch of salt and the fried tomato until it is the consistency of pasta (go testing).
Step NO 4
Take off the heat and let it cool down.
Step NO 5
Then fill the egg halves with the pasta and place them face down in a source.
Step NO 6
When you have all of them ready, if you have excess pasta, you can fill in the gaps between them or pour it on top and spread it out.
Step NO 7
Then cover with a layer of mayonnaise and let it cool in the fridge. It is served cold.
