Step NO 1
This is a very typical recipe that can be made in a thousand ways. I’m going to tell you how I made them last night: I fried garlic and parsley very very minced, I added chopped cooked prawns and very very small pieces of acorn-fed Iberian ham, I added the yolks of the eggs that I had cooked before and mixed everything.
I let it cool down and I filled the halves of the eggs with this mixture, I topped them with mayonnaise, which I make with sunflower oil so it doesn’t get too heavy (although I use olive oil for everything , mayonnaise is the only thing I don’t use it for) with a few drops of lemon. I put them on a platter and garnished them by adding a grated hard-boiled egg yolk and olives. Delicious !!!!!
