Step NO 1
The first thing we do before starting to cook these broken eggs with potatoes is to prepare everything that we are going to need. There are few ingredients but it is worth making sure that we have everything ready.
Step NO 2
We start by peeling the potatoes and cutting to the taste of each one, in this case they are cut in an elongated shape. We pour plenty of oil into a frying pan and wait for it to heat up to be able to start frying them .
