Ingredients to make Scrambled eggs:
- 8 Sausages with cheese
- Ham cubes
- Bacon
- 8 slices of York ham
- Grated cheese for pizzas and / or mozzarella
- 1 onion
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 4 medium green peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 4 Eggs
How to make Scrambled eggs:
Step NO 1
First step to make this country scramble is to cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and the onion and peppers into strips.
Step NO 2
Cut the sausages into slices about the thickness of a finger and the ham and bacon into short strips.
Step NO 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan and once we see that it is diluted, we remove it from the heat for about a minute and then add at the same time, everything previously cut and stir.
Step NO 4
Then we return the pan to the fire and add the ham cubes and stir.
Step NO 5
Add salt and pepper and after stirring, add the glass of white wine and stir a little again.
Step NO 6
We let everything rest a little over medium heat so that part of the wine evaporates.
Step NO 7
Then we add the cheese that we have decided (mozarella, grated or both) and stir to melt the cheese with the other ingredients of the campero scramble.
Step NO 8
Put the eggs and once a pinch of salt is put on the yolks, we stir to finish making the scrambled eggs , and that’s it! If desired, the eggs can be curdled a little, leaving the yolk to taste, either to dip with bread or to stir once plated and thus taste the yolk as when we fry them.
