Ingredients to make Russian Eggs:
- 2½ cups of Potatoes cooked in fine cubes
- 1 Cup of Carrots cooked in fine cubes
- ½ cup cooked peas
- 8 units of boiled eggs
- 1 jar of Mayonnaise

How to make Russian Eggs:
