Ingredients to make Roquefort mousse:
- 200 g of Roquefort cheese or blue cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 small cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (leave some to decorate)
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup of water

How to make Roquefort mousse:
Step NO 1
Mix the cheeses and cream in the blender. Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water and heat it up.
Step NO 2
Add it to the previous preparation. Add the grated onion and the chopped walnuts to the cream. Put in a mold previously moistened with water or oil.

Step NO 3
Put in the fridge, preferably overnight. Turn it over on a tray and garnish with walnuts and celery sticks. Serve with rolls of toast or crackers.
