- egg (various)
- Roquefort cheese
- Emmental cheese
- Butter
- Salt

How to make Roquefort Eggs:
Step NO 1
Heat two small tablespoons of butter in a large pan and when it melts we put the eggs until they acquire the right consistency, season with salt.

In a water bath we heat a small spoonful of Roquefort cheese and soften it with a large spoonful of Emmental cheese.
