- 12 units of Egg
- 3 cans of Tuna
- ½ cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 jar of fried tomato

Step NO 1
We cook the eggs , cool them and peel them under the tap, to make our work easier.
Step NO 2
Cut each egg lengthwise and separate the cooked yolks and reserve the whites separately.
Step NO 3
To make the filling , crush 8 yolks with a fork and leave 4 whole. We drain the tuna cans and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Mix well and rectify with mayonnaise if necessary. The result should be a paste with a consistent texture . Also correct the seasoning if necessary.

Fill the cooked egg whites with this mixture, distributing it well.

To prepare the dish , top each piece with a heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Then spread the fried tomato on the mayonnaise layer of the stuffed eggs.

We take the reserved yolks and crumble them with a grater or with our hands, we put them on top of the tomato. We keep the stuffed eggs with tuna in the fridge until serving time.
