How to make poached eggs with ham gratin:

Step NO 1

In a saucepan we add 4 tablespoons of oil, two slices of minced ham. When everything is golden brown, we add the 4 teaspoons of flour, we give it a few turns.

Step NO 2

Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Add salt, chopped parsley and nutmeg, and continue stirring until it thickens to taste.

Step NO 3

In a saucepan with water and a splash of vinegar, when it starts to boil, add the eggs one by one and poach them.

Step NO 4

Sauté two cloves of garlic in a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the pasta.
