Recipe for Eggs stuffed with tuna gratin

  • 4 units of Egg
  • 1 can of canned tuna
  • 4 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • For the bechamel
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1½ tablespoons of Flour
  • 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

How to make Gratin Tuna Stuffed Eggs:

Step NO 1

We gather all the ingredients to make the gratin stuffed tuna eggs. Remember for this stuffed eggs recipe we will also need a bechamel sauce that we will make later, but you can buy it ready if you prefer.

First, we cook the eggs in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes. After that time we pass them through plenty of cold water to be able to peel them more easily. We peel and reserve them.
