At home we love eggs, especially for dinner: in an omelette, boiled, scrambled, fried … and from today filled. Despite how easy they are to make, I had never prepared them before, although I had wanted to for a long time. At last, I made these Tuna and Olive Stuffed Eggs and we were delighted.
Eggs admit whatever. They can be filled with a thousand different things and made cold or hot. Despite the few ingredients, the deviled eggs are fantastic, and it is that it does not take more than a little tuna and mayonnaise to dine on a dish worthy of the most demanding. Really, very good. - 4 Eggs
- 1 can of Tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 black olives
- 1 handful of mixed lettuce leaves

Step NO 1
First thing we do to make these eggs stuffed with tuna and olives is to cook the eggs in water. We want the yolks to be well done, so we leave them for about 10-12 minutes. After time, we pass them through the jet of cold water to cut the cooking and let them cool.

When the eggs have cooled, we peel them and cut them in half , lengthwise.

We put the yolks in a bowl and crumble them. Add the tuna , also flaked and drained, and mix very well. Next we add a little salt to taste and a tablespoon of mayonnaise, and we continue mixing. Depending on how we want the consistency of the filling of the boiled eggs , more paté type or more mousse type, we will add more mayonnaise or not. I just added one more pinch to the starting scoop as I wanted to get a more paté-like consistency. That is to taste. If you prefer to add more mayonnaise, you do. In any case, we mix well until we obtain a homogeneous paste.

We fill the eggs carefully and generously.

Finally, we put a bed of lettuce in a source. We place the eggs stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise on top and decorate each one with a half of a black olive.
