Some simple and delicious eggs, which are the same for tapas as for a starter. In this recipe I will teach you how to make them stuffed with tuna and decorate them with smoked salmon. Read on and prepare these delicious eggs stuffed with salmon flowers .
Ingredients to make Eggs stuffed with salmon flowers:
- 4 units of Eggs
- 1 can of Tuna in olive oil
- 6 units of pickled gherkins
- 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 8 units of Strips of smoked salmon
- 4 slices of cooked Beet
How to make Stuffed Eggs with Salmon Flowers:
Step NO 1
Cook the eggs with a splash of vinegar or a little salt, so they do not break when cooking, if they are XL for 12 minutes, if they are medium 10 minutes cooking. When we remove them from the heat, we put them in cold water to stop cooking and, once cold, we peel them and cut them in half and remove the yolks.
Step NO 2
For the filling , in the glass of the minipimer we put the yolks, the pickled gherkins cut into smaller pieces. We drain the oil from the tuna can and add the tuna to the glass. We add half the mayonnaise to the glass and beat everything, until we have a rather thick cream, if we need more mayonnaise we are adding it little by little, it has to be full-bodied because we will make a rosette on top of the eggs.
Step NO 3
Cut some slightly wide strips of salmon to make a flower with them.Pour the filling paste into a pastry bag with a curled nozzle, and fill the eggs . Then, we roll the salmon strips into a flower shape and decorate with some cooked beet leaves.
Step NO 4
