Ingredients to make Eggs stuffed with béchamel:
- 6 large eggs
- 300 grams of mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
- 1 onion
- 1 can of fried tomato
- 1 bag of grated cheese
- 1 glass of bechamel
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Eggs stuffed with béchamel:
Step NO 1
We prepare ingredients to make these delicious eggs stuffed with minced meat with béchamel.
Step NO 2
We cook the eggs in a saucepan with plenty of water.
Step NO 3
Chop onion, put a frying pan with a good jet of oil and add the onion until it is a little golden.
Step NO 4
Add the meat and brown it together with onion.

When the meat is done we will put fried tomato , the amount will be as we like. We will add a little salt and pepper. Let egg filling with bechamel and tomato cook for about 5 minutes. We turn off and reserve.
