- 500 grams spinach
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml of liquid cream for cooking
- 50 grams butter at temp. environment
- 100 grams Serrano ham
- Pepper to taste
How to make Eggs on the plate with spinach:
Step NO 1
Wash the spinach well and cook them in plenty of water and salt, this until they are tender.
Step NO 2
Then drain them, chop and mix them with half the cream and butter, season to your liking and reserve.

Then chop the ham into pieces and arrange them at the bottom of four clay pots and spread the spinach over it, leaving a semi-hollow in the center of each one.

Add each of the eggs (1 in each casserole) in the center of them.
Step NO 5
Finally, sprinkle over the eggs with the rest of the cream and butter and put the casseroles in the oven, preheated to 180º C.
Step NO 6
