- 2 units of Egg
- 150 grams of Vegetable stew
- ½ unit of red onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 dash of olive oil
How to make Eggs a la Planter:
Step NO 1
We gather all the ingredients to prepare the eggs in the gardener.
Step NO 2
Sauté the onion cut into small pieces with a splash of olive oil. We cook for two minutes.
Step NO 3
We drain the canned stew and add it to the onion sauce. We can also use frozen vegetable stew. Season and cook for a couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, we proceed to poach the eggs : in a bowl we place a layer of transparent paper and we break the egg. We close the package and tie it with a string or with the paper itself. We put it in a pot with boiling water for 4 minutes.
