- 10 slices of whole wheat bread
- 200 grams of Dutch cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 jet of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Eggs in Cocotte with Cheese:
Step NO 1
Get the ingredients for these cheesy eggs ready.
Step NO 2
In a clay pot, if possible, add a little butter or margarine so that the preparation does not stick. Then add the sliced bread with your hands and a tablespoon of heavy cream.
Step NO 3
Add some grated Dutch cheese (until it covers the bread completely) and another slice of whole wheat bread bathed with a little milk to moisten it.
