- 500 grams of white quinoa
- 250 grams of paria fresh cheese
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tablespoons of aji amarillo paste
- 1 tablespoon of aji panca
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1 jet of evaporated milk
- 1 squirt of vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of cumin
How to make Cheesy Quinoa Stew:
Step NO 1
To start with the quinoa with cheese stew recipe, first cut the red onion into small squares with the help of a knife. Also cut the cheese into medium squares and reserve some for grating. We point out that the fresh cheese should not be very salty, since if you do not omit to add salt to the stew because it will have a very strong taste of salt.
Step NO 2
