- A cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 white onion
- 1 tomato

Step NO 1
For this delicious quinoa tortilla the first thing you should do is get all the ingredients ready, these are for a medium tortilla.

Cut the onion into rings and cook them in a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil for 4 minutes.
