In this recipe I tried to think of a healthy breakfast for those who want to take care of their figure before training or doing any physical activity. So we’re going to use three high-fiber ingredients: spinach, cooked quinoa, and eggs. Let’s see the step by step of our recipe for a quinoa and vegetable omelette from Guruwalik and its ingredients.
Ingredients to make Quinoa and Vegetable Omelet:
- 4 units of Eggs
- 1 bunch of cooked Spinach
- 1 unit of White Onion
- 1 cup of Quinoa cooked
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Quinoa and Vegetable Omelet:
Step NO 1
The first step in making the recipe is to pre-list the ingredients for our healthy omelette .
Step NO 2
As we have seen in previous recipes, we already know how to cook spinach without losing its properties and take advantage of all its benefits, boiled in water. When they’re done, save them for later.
Step NO 3
Bring a pan over medium heat adding a little olive oil, add the onion in small squares and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the previously cooked spinach leaves and mix the ingredients well, distribute very well through the pan.

Add the eggs one by one to a bowl and mix to make an omelet, add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the previously cooked quinoa . Let us remember that the cooking of quinoa is the same as that of white rice , for a cup of quinoa two of water. Mix all the ingredients very well.

Finally, add the scrambled eggs and lower to a simmer to prevent the omelette from burning. Turn it over very carefully so that it cooks on both sides.
