Ingredients to make Quick Pancakes:
- 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
- 2 units of Egg
- ½ cup of Flour (70 grams)
- 1 tablespoon butter
How to make Quick Pancakes:
Step NO 1
Mix the milk, eggs and flour in a bowl. Stir until a dough remains. For this recipe the measurements are not exact, the amount of milk and flour may vary depending on how thick the dough is desired. In principle it should be more liquid than thick, but not very liquid.
Step NO 2
Take a frying pan and spread butter so that the pancake does not stick, with a saucepan, add the dough to the pan and then turn it over AND IT’S ALREADY !!!!!!!!
Step NO 3
You can serve these quick pancakes with a little honey or maple syrup and butter.
