- 5 Potatoes
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 6 slices of Cheese to melt
- 1 onion
- 6 Eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
How to make Spanish omelette with ham and cheese:
Step NO 1
The first step to make our stuffed potato omelette will be to wash, peel and cut the potatoes and onion into finite pieces. Pour all of this into a microwave-safe bowl and add a drizzle of oil.
Stir everything and put in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power. Once the 15 minutes have passed you take it out and move it … and so on until the potatoes are soft.
Step NO 2
Meanwhile, beat the eggs apart along with a pinch of salt. This time we will make a 6 egg omelette but by modifying the quantities you can make a smaller one.
Step NO 3
When the microwave bowl is ready and the potatoes are soft, remove and add to the bowl with the eggs. You stir everything until both preparations are well mixed.

Once everything is mixed well, put it in a frying pan over medium-low heat , greased with a little oil. Add only half of the potato, onion and egg mixture, the other half is reserved.

When the bottom base takes firm, place the slices of cheese and ham on top, as seen in the photo, and then add the other half of the mixture on top.
Go pricking with a fork so that the filled omelette cooks evenly and also go round it with a paddle. When it is half curdled, turn it over with a plate and let it cook on the other side as well.
