- 2 units of Potato
- 1 unit of Zucchini

- 2 units of Chorizo
- 1 cup of oil

Step NO 1
Before making the potato and zucchini omelette, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
Step NO 2
In a frying pan with oil add the white onion cut into feathers, add a pinch of salt and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until soft.

Add the zucchini cut in half moon, the chorizo cut into small slices and sauté for a few minutes until golden brown, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.

Separately in a pot with oil, fry the peeled potatoes and cut into 1 cm thick slices for 2 minutes, until they are transparent.
