Step NO 1
A frying pan is filled halfway with water and the vinegar is added.

Bring to a boil.

The eggs are cracked one at a time on a plate to quickly slide them into the boiling water.

Reduce the heat and cover the pan.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the white is set.
