Ingredients to make Pickled Eggs Recipe:
- Dozen and a half tiny eggs (50-60 gr.)
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 and a half glasses of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons of some spicy (I use Creole seasoning; Tabasco is surely good).
- 2 garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 6-8 cloves
- 1 medium onion

How to make Pickled Eggs:
Step NO 1
It is VERY simple, you just have to cook the eggs in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes.
Step NO 2
