Ingredients to make Peruvian chocolate cake:
- 200 gr butter
- 350 gr sugar
- 4 ud eggs
- 1/2 pound chocolate
- 360 gr self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoon instant cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
How to make Peruvian chocolate cake:
Step NO 1
Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a cream, add the eggs and beat.
Step NO 2
Melt the chocolate in the oven and add while the previous mixture is beating.
Step NO 3
Then add alternately 1/3 of a mixture of the flour and instant cocoa, 1/2 of the milk with the instant coffee, flour and milk until finished.
Step NO 4
Place in a lined mold and cook for approximately 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
