Ingredients to make Perigordine Eggs:
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of fried bread
- Water
- Salt
- Vinegar
- A branch of parsley
- For the sauce
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of meat broth
- 6 mushrooms cleaned and filleted
- 2 truffles
- 1 tablespoon of pate
- Corn flour diluted in water
