Pour pancake mix from center. Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side. When you see bubbles appear, you can flip your gluten-free crepes.
Step NO 6
To make our paleo chocolate sauce , set up a large pot and a small pot to make a double boiler. Pour water into large one, in a proportion that covers 3/4 of small pot, put chocolate square inside and wait for it to melt.

Once chocolate is ready, mix well with honey until a homogeneous sauce is obtained … then chocolate syrup for gluten-free crepes will be ready. In another container, chop strawberries.
