- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 glass of semi skimmed milk
- 2 pinches of salt

- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 glasses of sunflower oil
- 1 package of breadcrumbs
How to make Overcast Eggs:
Cook eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes so that they maintain a juicy yolk.
