- 4 tablespoon (s) butter
- 4 teaspoon (s) powdered sugar
How to make Omelette With Jam:
Beat 2 yolks with a tbsp. cream until pale yellow. Beat two egg whites. Join the yolks. Melt 1 tbsp. of butter. Empty the mixture, cook over low heat until golden. Fold over itself. Remove and reserve. Do the same 7 more times. In each plate put a layer of jam, an omelette on top and sprinkle powdered sugar.
