Ingredients to make millet pancakes with vegetables:

  • ½ cup millet
  • 1 onion
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ zucchini grated
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ cup chickpea flour
  • ¼ cup of water (60 milliliters)
  • ½ teaspoon kala namak black salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make millet pancakes with vegetables:

Step  NO 1

Wash the millet under running water (in a strainer) until water starts to run clear. Put millet to cook in a pot with about 1 and a half cups of water for 20 minutes until soft.

Cut onion and bell pepper into small cubes and fry until onion begins to turn transparent.

Add the grated zucchini , pine nuts, and sunflower seeds. Cook vegetables for several more minutes, stirring occasionally.
